Sponsorship/Advertising

Our Festival offers sponsors and advertisers exposure to a large and loyal audience. Our audience members are well-educated, and participate in other cultural arts activities. In 2005, the Festival audience numbered more than 13,600, while more than 13,500 others attended our out-of-festival activities.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The Annual Festival
Our annual Festival offers a range of opportunities for sponsorships, generally tied to film offerings. The special pull-out Calendar in our printed brochure (50,000 copies printed) is also available for sponsorship. In addition, we offer sponsorships for target markets, such as our ReelPass, aimed at viewers in their 20s and 30s.

In-kind sponsorships are available to support our visiting artists and guest services, and are open to hotels, airlines, restaurants and caterers.

Out of Festival Activities
Sponsorships are available for key events during the year, including our annual Work-in-Progress event, and our annual Gala. Special film series also offer sponsorship opportunities.

Program Book Advertising
Our much-praised program book, given free of charge to all who attend the fall Festival, is comprised of articles written by noted authors, journalists, subject-matter experts, and academics about our films. The articles, rather than being reviews, are essays that use the films as jumping-off points for discussion. The program book offers opportunities for advertising, which include full-page, half-page, and quarter-page options.
